We spend the first few minutes setting intentions - then you simply enjoy the stillness, calm, depth, beauty and power of the music - while noticing what you experience and what is brought to the surface.
We then gently come out and I lead you in a time of reflection and exploration.

Come to a place where stress and anxiety are taken away - and enjoy a powerful shared experience with other human beings just like you.
Join with community for a time of escape, grounding, and restoration through soothing, peaceful, contemplative music and reading of Holy Scripture.
Towards the end, I give optional opportunity to share your experience with the others, as we practice the joy of active listening.
